Google is all set to launch its new smartphones Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro on October 19. Ahead of the launch, new leaks on a website appear to confirm that the smartphones’ will receive five years of Android security updates and the camera on the devices will have a new Magic Eraser feature. According to leaker Evan Bliss, the website revealed images of Google’s marketing material for Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones. As per the images, the Magic Eraser feature will be linked to Google Photos.
The Magic Eraser helps you to remove unwanted objects and people from images in Google Photos.
The company has already revealed that the smartphones will have a custom made Tensor chipset. Google claims that the chipset will provide the most innovative AI and machine learning to users. Both the devices will have an aluminum frame design with a matte finish.
Google Pixel 6 rumoured specifications
Google Pixel 6 smartphone is rumoured to have a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and it is expected to have 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. When it comes to cameras, the smartphone is said to sport a 50MP main camera along with a 12MP ultra-wide camera. At the front, it is said to feature a 8MP selfie shooter. The device is also expected to have 33W fast charging and a 4614mAh battery.
Google Pixel 6 Pro rumoured specifications
Google Pixel 6 Pro smartphone is rumoured to have a 6.71-inch curved pOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It is expected to have 12GB of RAM and three internal storage options – 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. When it comes to the camera, the smartphone is said to sport a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 48MP telephoto camera. At the front, it is said to feature a 12MP selfie shooter. The device is also expected to have 33W fast charging and a 5000mAh battery.
